During a standard hub installation, our engineers will work closely with you by providing a complete review and verification of your network design plan and equipment specification. All of this is done through successful testing and certification of the installed equipment. Once your hub is implemented, we will provide a thorough system orientation and deliver an As-Built Network Documentation Package that will start you off with a solid foundation for operating and maintaining your network.
We also offer Managed Project Implementations that include all of the same features as a standard hub installation plus we provide an onsite project manager and formal training that is designed to meet your team's needs. This intensive, in-depth training covers all the components of the iVantage Network Management System including iMonitor, iBuilder, iSite and more.
