SkyMonitor™
SkyMonitor is the industry's first fully-integrated spectrum analyzer of multiple carriers, providing instant access to real-time spectral data of inbound and outbound carriers. Network Operators can dramatically reduce the time and cost required to diagnose performance issues from RF interference or other carrier-related anomalies, increasing customer satisfaction, avoiding network quality deterioration and SLA-related revenue loss.
Global NMS (GNMS) and Automatic Beam switching (ABS)
GNMS allows service providers to operate a global network consisting of multiple iDirect hubs on multiple teleports. Remotes located in different networks can be managed by one Global NMS. Coupled with iDirect’s Automatic Beam Switching (ABS) feature these remotes can reacquire automatically the new satellite coverage or network while moving. The ABS switching capability consists of embedded software in the remote that initiates an automatic switch to another beam based on the remote’s location within the mapserver.
GeoMapping
GeoMap is an application that displays in real time the exact location of all remotes within a given network on a world map. The application is based on a large database of countries, cities, roads, etc. from one of the leading providers of Geographic Information Systems. Remotes appear on the map as an icon at their actual geographic location. The icon color reflects the remote’s current state. Mobile remotes leave a “crumb trail” as they move. Map control features include:
- Zoom in/out
- Roam
- Set icon size
- Filter remotes by active state
- Easy expansion capabilities
iToolkit
The iTookit provides a software interface along with engineering services that support the integration of iVantage with external systems. For example, it allows for integration of iVantage with external web applications or OSS/BSS systems such as billing, provisioning, reporting or customer access systems.
