iVantage™ NMS Overview
iDirect’s industry-leading iVantage NMS is a complete suite of software-based tools for configuring, monitoring, and controlling the entire satellite network from one place. The basic iVantage configuration consists of three components: iBuilder, iMonitor and iSite.
iBuilder is powerful client/server software that allows the network operator to save time by managing the configuration of large groups of remotes with automated and semi-automated tools. Networks of any size can be created quickly. Subsequent moves, additions and changes have intuitive, flexible tools requiring minimal effort.
iMonitor, also client/server software, enables multiple users unique views into the real-time and historic performance of the network. A robust hierarchy of user permissions supports a wide range of visibility, from global views used by service providers to controlled limited views offered to Customer Network Observers (CNO’s)
iSite is a Windows application that provides universal local access to configure iDirect devices in the field. Configure and control iDirect TDMA remotes, iSCPC remotes, even products such as the Network Accelerator. Advanced features include auto-discovery of iDirect devices on the same LAN and audio feedback during antenna pointing. View the events logs and look at IP Statistics through a familiar GUI consistent with iMonitor.
