The iGT Network Accelerators are a family of high performance products that maximize the speed of encrypted traffic over a satellite network. The devices provide end-to-end quality of service (QoS) and exceptional security, without the loss of TCP performance or support for real-time applications, such as VoIP and streaming video.
The network accelerators are specifically designed to provide performance enhancements for networks with external encryption requirements such as IPSec devices or military specific encryption such as Type-1. They dramatically improve the performance of TCP and HTTP applications over an encrypted satellite link, while maintaining application prioritization and quality of service.
